Welcoming Dr. Eve Pennie: Associate Clinical Project Manager

At Trial Library, we are committed to advancing inclusive, ethical, and patient-centered clinical research—values that resonate deeply with our newest team member, Dr. Eve Pennie.

A third-generation Trinidadian American, Dr. Pennie’s dedication to health equity is rooted in both her heritage and her extensive academic background in biochemistry, clinical research, and medicine. She earned her MS in Clinical Research Methods from Tulane University, her MD from the Latin American School of Medicine, and a BS in Biochemistry from SUNY Plattsburgh—a foundation that has shaped her mission to bridge the gap between medical advancements and marginalized communities.

A Passion for Equitable Research

Dr. Pennie has worked across multiple facets of clinical research, from patient recruitment and trial management to study coordination. Her career has been defined by a focus on efficiency, diversity, and patient experience, ensuring that clinical trials are both effective and accessible.

Collaboration is central to Dr. Pennie’s approach—whether engaging with investigators, sponsors, or patients, she leads with clear, compassionate, and solution-driven communication. She is particularly excited about the evolving role of AI, biomarkers, and decentralized trials in making precision medicine more accessible to all.

Driving Impact at Trial Library

As a Clinical Associate Project Manager, Dr. Pennie will play a key role in strengthening Trial Library’s partnerships, optimizing trial operations, and enhancing patient engagement strategies. By streamlining processes and fostering collaboration, she will help Trial Library expand its reach and make clinical trials a viable option for historically underrepresented patients.

Beyond Work: A Sky-High Mindset

When she’s not working to transform clinical research, Dr. Pennie is either flying small planes or jumping out of them! Skydiving fuels her passion for pushing boundaries and embracing new perspectives—a philosophy she carries into her work. She believes that, like aviation, clinical research requires precision, adaptability, and confidence in navigating challenges.

With her purpose-driven mindset and relentless pursuit of impact, Eve is a powerful addition to the Trial Library team.
